  • Information you send us: when you contact us on WhatsApp or fill in a form, we receive what you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, country, app ID and messages).
  • Technical information: our server records standard logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) for security and to keep the site working.
  • Cookies: we use a cookie to remember your language. If we use audience measurement (such as Google Analytics), it collects anonymised usage statistics; where required, we ask for your consent first.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your questions and guide you through registration with Chamet, Poppo Live or other apps.
  • To run, secure and improve this website.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Registration on the apps

When you register on Chamet, Poppo Live or another app through a link on this site, you give your information directly to that app. Its own privacy policy and terms apply. We are not responsible for how these apps process your data.

We only share your information with the services we need to run the site and talk to you (hosting provider, WhatsApp, analytics if enabled), or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your messages and contact details for as long as we are working together, then for up to 12 months unless the law requires longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.
